When is your shop open?
Right now our shop is only open to visitors on days that we have public events or by appointment to view the gallery. To see when we have public events, please go to our “Events” page. To make an appointment to view the gallery, please contact Lindsey Metz at (984) 298-5973.
Do you offer classes?
We currently offer several different options for glass blowing classes which are all listed in full detail under the “Classes” tab on our website. If you don’t see a class date or option that works for you, please email sacartglass.classes@gmail.com with your request and we will do our best to accomedate you.
We will be offering different types of classes in the near future including stained glass, so keep on eye on our website to see when these classes are listed!
Can you do glass repairs?
We can potentially repair broken art depending on the piece and the type/severity of damage. To get an estimate for a repair, contact Rene Steinke at (916) 821-2597 for blown glass pieces, and Lindsey Metz at (984) 298-5973 for stained glass pieces.
DO you rent studio space to artists?
Yes we do! If you’re a local artist and would like to inquire about renting space at our shop, please contact Rene Steinke at (916) 821-2597 to inquire about studio space. We currently have a variety of artists at our facility including ceramicists, wood workers, metal workers, and glass artists, and would love to welcome you to our creative collective!
Do you do custom work?
Many of our artists will offer custom commissions depending on their current work load. To inquire about requesting a custom piece, please contact the artist you are interested in working with from their contact information listed on their individual artist page under the “Our Artists” tab on our website.
